When you here the words Pop up windows you normally think of those annoying ads, but actually Pop Up windows can b pretty useful for displaying updates, images, layouts etc.

Pretty good huh? Just copy this code and paste it where you want your Pop Up to appear.
You have to change page.html to whatever the URL of your page is. You can change the width and height of the window if you want. You can also change the click me message to whatever you want to be displayed..
You can also change some of the No's to Yes's if you want, you could make it have a scrollbar or be resizable etc.
