1. I love watching anime, my favourite one at the moment is Shugo Chara Doki but I have loads of other favourites.

I haven’t blogged in a while and I plan to post a more personal one as soon as I get my work done for college (stupid coursework). I recently came across a funny meme while I was browsing around. It’s about googling yourself (something we have all done at least once, right?).

The rules are simple. Just google your first name and the word “needs” in quotes, have a look at the first result page and add a short comment to each result. Do not click on any of the results shown, you just need to look at what comes up on the search page. It doesn’t matter if the results don’t start with word “needs”.

So here are the results for “Larissa needs”. Brace yourselves.

“Larissa needs connections! ... Okay, Larissa's a bit of a loner at the moment. She needs friends and maybe a love interest? So if any one is interested then ...”

Okay apparently I am a loner. Thanks Google for pointing that out, maybe I should just sit in a corner and cry. I have friends (some really good ones in fact) and as for the love interest I have one of those too. So before you start inviting people to a party in my pants, notify me first? Kthnx. :)

That actually makes sense. I did recently had an argument with Chris (my boyfriend) about something silly. I got upset about my college work but I feel like I have cheered up and now I can get on with my life. So in many ways I did loose my spark but I feel it is coming back now. Even if it is a little one. Also, me and Chris resolved our argument.

I assume that you mean I need more friends on my ‘page’ (what the hell is a “paqe”?). Tsk tsk, consult your dictionary Google. Again Google stop telling random people to add me. I am still miffed over that whole loner comment. Tread carefully.

Considering that my first and only language is English this one made me laugh. Seriously? I need English lessons. An A-level student studying English Language needs English lessons. An A-level student who is planning on studying for an English Language degree needs English Lessons. I think Google is just determined to insult me today. Pfft.

Well singling me out would be pretty bad (seen as you told me earlier that I’m a loner and I need friends). I think I am special… Well at least Chris thinks I am. :)

I think I am bad. In what way exactly? Like in a “Hey I’m a badass” kind of way or in a “I just ate the last cookie” kind of way. I’m guessing its the first one.

Well I would say that Chris would beg to differ with what you’re saying. Not that he eats me for breakfast. I’m high in sugar so I wouldn’t be good for an athletic person like him.

I understand you have feelings for me Google as I have used you to search everyday but that's it. That’s all our relationship is based on. I use you for a search tool, just accept it.

I guess I can get pretty competitive huh? I was sure no one could see through my plan to be the new New York. I mean it’s always been my goal to be a city. Maybe I should have aimed for something smaller like a town. Hey Google if you want to be a bitch then that’s fine by me, I won’t stand in your way. I’ll just be the cute one. :)

My middle name is Jade and Chris' middle name is Paul.

How long have you been together?
2 years and 5 months

How long did you know each other before you started dating?
We've known each other since primary school so that is about.. let me count this up.. about 10 or 9 years. My mental maths is not brilliant.

Who asked whom out?
Chris asked me out over msn. He walked me home that day and was going to ask me in person but got nervous. He later asked me out over the internet. haha

How old are each of you?
We are both 18. Chris is 20 days older than me.

Whose siblings do you see the most?
Chris mostly sees my younger brother Greg.

Which situation is the hardest on you as a couple?
The fact that college takes up most of our time so we don't get to see each other as often as we would like. It's just nice when we can chill out together and not have to worry about work!

Yep. We went to the same nursery, infant, primary and secondary school. We are also in the same college.

Are you from the same home town?
I'm sure you've worked that out by now but just to clarify yes we are from the same city.

Who is smarter?
I'd say we're both smart in different subjects and we can hold a decent conversation when we want too. But when Chris talks about football I get confused occasionally. :)

Me. Definitely. I cry at films way too often.

Where do you eat out most as a couple?
Pizza Hut because we both love pizzas too much. Nom nom nom...

Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple?
Castleton, still in Britain but in the countryside. I hope one day we can go abroad together.

None of us do. Both of us are in our first real relationship. Sweet huh?

Who has the worst temper?
That would probably be me. I have a tendency to fly off the handle when Chris has pushed me to breaking point.

We're not brilliant cooks, but I would say I am a better cook that Chris. :)

Me for sure. I go crazy if their are crumbs on my bed. I can't take it!

Me ..again. :/

Chris does. But in Castleton I was made jump by a noise I heard coming from outside so I found myself burying into his chest for safety. Lol.

Chris. I normally lay in on a weekend while half 10 and he goes to play football early.

Where was your first date?
We went to a shopping center together and just talked. We later went to the cinema. :)

Who is more jealous?
Chris. If any guy starts talking to me I can feel Chris' anger building a mile off. He's like "Rissa is mine". haha

A few months, maybe about 6.

Haha, Chris. He is famous for his non stop hunger.

Neither of us. How lazy is that!

Me definitely. :)

Who drives when you are together?
None of us drive, but he is having lessons now. So I guess he will be the one driving until I finally have my driving lessons!

I felt like doing a random meme. It is a questions and answers meme in which you hug people instead of tagging them (kind of the same thing really!). So here goes..

1) You’ve been a web designer for ______ years?

I would say about 6 years, I first became interested in web pages and their design when I was 12. I opened up a graphics site on Freewebs and the layout was a poorly constructed I-frames one. I stuck with I-frames for a while until I learned how bad they were and I finally converted to Div layouts.


2) When was the last time you cried?

A while ago. I was quite stressed and I suppose I just reached breaking point. Luckily I have Chris to cheer me up. :)


3) What are three things you absolutely hate?

- Rainy days because they are always dull and cold.
- Catching buses. They stink and never turn up when they're suppose too!
- Arrogant people. There is being confident and then there is being stuck up your own- you get the idea. :)


4) What was the weirdest thing that happened to you today

Me and Chris invented a new game while we were chatting on the phone. Our whole conversation was kind of weird really but we have a good sense of humor.

5) Do you like your name?

Yeah I do. I used to not like it because people would always say it wrong or spell it wrong which was annoying. I think my name makes me unique as I don't know anyone with the same name as me.
