Come back to the Blogosphere

“Larissa has disappeared off the face of the Blogosphere”.

Hello readers! Remember me? (insert tumbleweed here)

Well as I mentioned in a previous post (and on several other occasions) I have been busy with revising for exams, which are approaching fast. I have three weeks left until everything is finished and by that I mean all of my exams and university preparations will be done.

I am looking forward to being free from work and stress. I can then concentrate on other things I want to do, such as learning how to drive, getting a part time job, spending time with Chris and blogging. I feel like because of exams everything I want to do has to be put on hold, even though I know it will all pay off in the end when (if!) I get good results. Don’t worry I will be sure to inform you all of my results when I get them, so wish me luck. :)

I will also apologise for my neglect to return comments/visit blogs as often as I should. I only manage comment when I am on a break or have 5 minutes to spare.

Moving on, the title of my post is “Come back to the Blogosphere” simply because I hate it when bloggers disappear for months and don’t post to explain if they’re coming back or the reason why they’re away. I check their blogs because I’m subscribed and I like reading them. I find it disappointing when I visit a website which is literally dead.

Can you relate to this? Share any experiences you have had in the comment box below.

Bye for now. xx

[edit] For those of you who are wondering, my final exam is on the 18th of June and finishes at 15:30 (GMT). I will be officially free after that time. :) [/edit]

Good luck with all your exams! Hopefully all your hard work will pay off and then you'll be relaxed and able to do the things you actually want to. :) And yeah, I get a little bummed when my favourite sites go dead too. Though from me, that's a bit hypocritical because I tend to neglect my site without warning at times too. *hides*

"But then again so many murderers and terrorists seem to get away with killing people. If someone killed someone in my family I’d want them to die."
- But doesn't death seem rather rash to someone who is going t make you suffer for the rest of your life if your family was murdered by a person. I'd like to think you'd rather have this person placed in a facility where every possible human right was taking away from him, alongside choices. Death seems like a get out clause.

"They are just saying that they would prefer native Britons to get jobs first. Eg. People who have been living in Britain, which would surely include black British people."
- Yes, but surely wouldn't this become bias, isn't it about how qualified you are for the job rather than who you are. And obviously, you being within Britain yourself, this would possible encourage racism. And it's been countless times where people ask me what nationality I am, and when I said I'm "British", they always ask me "Yeah but where are you from.." indicating they don't see me as British because I am black.

"Either way they are still poor countries and because of Britain’s financial state it needs to sort itself out before it can help anyone else."
- Of course, but most people have access to clean water, food and shelter. Sharing some of these basic human needs shouldn't be seen as bailing a country out. I'm not saying 'send them hot chocolate and some fags'.
Plus Britain is a pretty wealthy country, it's just corrupt politicians who need sorting out, not finances.

White British will probably be a minority, but I don't see that as a bad thing seen as Britain has always been a country supporting inclusion.(Nobody ever seems to realise this) We've always had people invading us, hence why nobody is really TYPICAL white British, unless you count welsh people who have original British settlers.

Glad ya likes me KKK application. :]
I decided not to send it. I wouldn't of been accepted I don' think. And of course you are my dependant.

And Yes, I can see you like my POW button. Kinda empowering isn't it? ;]

Hope your exam went okay.
